Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Vision
We see Aley Church as a group of passionate Christ-followers making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world by offering people “the life that is truly life” (1 Timothy 6:19).
We see the people of Aley Church passionately worshiping the Lord in a variety of styles at a variety of times and places.
We see the people of Aley Church actively growing in their faith through transformational small groups.
We see the people of Aley Church sacrificially serving locally, regionally, nationally, and globally through risk-taking mission and service.
We see individual lives being changed and the world being transformed as we worship, follow, and serve Jesus.
Strategy
Our ministries and staff are organized around five strategic areas that help us live out our mission:
Inviting: Called by the Great Commission, we will share the Good News of Christ in word and deed. We will lead people to Christ, help them to accept Christ as their Savior, and bring them into the fellowship of the Church.
Worshiping: We will provide for and encourage public and private worship which glorifies God, deepens our relationship with God, and supports and enhances all the Goals of the church.
Discipling: We will facilitate the spiritual journey for all who come into our fellowship through prayer, the Sacraments, Bible study, education, nurture and Christian example.
Caring: We will provide an atmosphere of love, support, and encouragemet as we live out our faith. We will live out the one another’s found in the New Testament. We will love one another, pray for one another, encourage one another, and bear one another’s burdens.
Serving: We will equip and actively involve our congregation in ministry, responding to human needs wherever we find them. We will seek out opportunities for serving, then facilitate and support service through time, talents, and physical resources.
